"Together We Rise's" vision is to improve the lives of children in foster care, who often find themselves forgotten and neglected by the public. They collaborate with individuals, companies, and community partners to bring resources to foster youth and use service-learning activities to educate volunteers on issues surrounding the foster care system.

While in foster care it is common for siblings to be separated and placed in different foster homes. Each year Together We Rise reunites hundreds of siblings separated by foster care at the "Happiest Place on Earth," Disneyland. They continue to reunite children at Disneyland because they want to share the joy of being a child with those who need it most.
