Oh, beautiful Susannah! I love this girl! I have watched her grow into such a lovely young woman. I met her when she was a student at the ballet studio where I worked and my daughter taught. She was an amazing dancer and had an old soul. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for both her and her mother. They make me smile.
When she graduated from high school I loved taking her senior photos in the breathtaking wildflowers of the Wasatch mountains. Now I am here a few years later taking here engagement photos and soon-to-be wedding photos.
Susannah found her talent for art during her senior year of high school. I'm not sure how she didn't discover it earlier. She is a stunning artist and I have loved to follow along with her as she studies art at the University of Utah where she met her sweetie, Jacob.
I love engagement photography. It is so easy because there is not a lot of posing needed. You just put the two of them together and happiness happens. That is what happened with these two. They couldn't quit smiling and laughing. They were such good sports. It was a cold snowy day in Big Cottonwood Canyon and if you notice they didn't have coats. But it's like the old song says. "I've got my love to keep me warm!"
